Mediation

Mediation is using a lawyer, to negotiate for you and the other party. And, the lawyer in a sense is not a judge because they can't render an actual opinion but what we can do is gather the facts, use our extensive experience and knowledge in that specific area and tell you look, this is what's going to happen in court. This is what you can do now to avoid going forward with litigating this and this is what would be a fair and reasonable resolution to your litigation.

No matter what, if you have children, you're going to have to see each other in the future and really forever. And so it eliminates the courtroom back and forth, and it's without all the horrible things that might happen in court. As a certified mediator, I don't represent either party. I'm there to try and work with the parties, the parents, or spouses to come to an agreement with the least amount of conflict possible.
