Maria Testa, Enrico Pagnanelli, and Rebecca Kolsky Selected for 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Recognition

Testa & Pagnanelli, LLC is proud to announce that founding partners, Maria N. Testa, Enrico Pagnanelli, and Rebecca L. Kolsky have been selected for 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers recognition in Family Law, with Maria Testa and Enrico Pagnanelli named to the Super Lawyers list and Rebecca Kolsky named to the Rising Stars list.

Super Lawyers recognizes outstanding attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is independent and rigorous, with only the top 5% of attorneys in each state receiving the Super Lawyers distinction and only the top 2.5% receiving the Rising Stars honor.

Maria Testa has dedicated her career to family law since being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2008. Known for her tenacity in the courtroom and her practical approach to negotiation, she has also been recognized previously as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015 through 2021. Maria is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and is deeply committed to pro bono service, volunteering with the Legal Clinic for the Disabled and the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program.

Enrico Pagnanelli has been selected to Super Lawyers for the fourth consecutive year, having first earned the recognition in 2023. A Georgetown University Law Center graduate and certified mediator, Enrico brings more than 13 years of family law experience to clients across the greater Philadelphia metro area. He has also been recognized as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 attorney and has earned a perfect 10 out of 10 client rating on Avvo.

Rebecca Kolsky has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for family law, an honor she has received consistently throughout her career. With over a decade of family law experience serving clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Rebecca is known as a fearless and passionate advocate who focuses her practice on divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, division of property, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. A Temple University School of Law graduate, she also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy and has served as an Emergency Protection from Abuse Hearing Master in Philadelphia since 2011.
